Surcharges - Make sure you ask up front what the 'tipping' charge will be otherwise you'll be hit with a daily fee per person that you didn't expect!

Overpriced - The drinks, the 'duty free' and the shops - you name it - its overpriced!

Activities - Stands to reason that with a ship full of 100s of people you're not all gonna fit in that pool!

Food - If you don't like it - you can't get off and they stop you bringing your own food onboard.

Dining - Whats happens if you get stuck with the family from hell on your table? Its all allocated dining so you'll have to see these people at every meal!

Tours - You're only in port a few hours so you want to pack in as much sightseeing as you can so you take an organised tour from the ship company right? Wrong! Just take a look at the price - organise your own.

Internet - What no wi-fi? Internet can be hideously expensive and so slow.

Pirates - Could a band of pirates get onboard? The only pirate I'd let in my cabin would be Captain Jack Sparrow!

Cabins - Paper thin walls so you hear everything your neighbours are up to! Cramped cabins that make you feel like a hamster in a cage.

Seasick - What happens if you just don't have sea legs and are as sick as a dog onboard? There's no getting off half way through?
