In celebration of Mother's Day, we’ve assembled a list of our Top 10 Moms Who Rock. To qualify, the mother in question obviously must “rock” in some capacity, whether as a particularly rocking musician who’s also a mother or a particularly rocking mother who’s also a musician, rocking is essential. Which is to say, some of the moms below made the list largely by sheer force of their musical prowess or legacy, others because their maternal instincts seem permanently cranked to 11, and still others by virtue of the fact that they excel as both musicians and mothers. And lastly, it should go without saying that if you allegedly smoked crack while pregnant, you’re automatically disqualified (sorry Courtney Love).
