We've all heard of draft busts. But, what about those people who were just total steals? Keep in mind that I had to cut out a lot of well-deserving people. I kept many factors in mind. I honestly think this list would change from person to person. It depends on how one defines a notable draft steal. One list could have Kobe being picked 13 as a huge steal for example. I personally thought that after the top six, it was really a toss-up. I tried to avoid recent drafts, but I know I contradict myself by putting Monta on the list.
