With so much information available to us these days, I think a top ten list for Fat Loss Rules will point you in the right direction.
Eat breakfast everyday no matter what.
Aim to get zero calories from liquids.
Get some quality protein with every meal.
Eat at least one non starchy vegetable (ideally two or more) with each meal
Don’t eliminate fats altogether, instead make sure you get a serve or two of good fats with each meal.
Take your fish oil.
Get a food diary, and write in it.
Eat something at least every 3 hours
Aim for 80% or better compliance with your eating.
Only eat food that tastes great.
